How I Work

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the weight of past trauma, or simply longing for relief—you’re in the right place.

In our work together, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Rogerian (person-centered) therapy. These approaches help us gently explore your inner world, releasing what's been holding you back and reconnecting you to your core self. IFS helps us understand and heal the different “parts” of you that may be stuck in pain or survival mode. Brainspotting works more somatically, accessing healing through your body and nervous system. And through the Rogerian lens, you can count on me to meet you with genuine warmth, unconditional support, and deep respect for your unique journey.

I also weave in imagery work, art therapy techniques, and a bit of CBT where it feels helpful—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll find what works best for you.
For many of my clients, spirituality plays a meaningful role in their healing process. My own path has been shaped by Buddhist philosophy, 12-step recovery work, and a deep respect for mind-body-spirit connection. Whether or not you identify as spiritual, I welcome all parts of you into this space.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and freer from the pain that’s been weighing you down.

This is your healing space. Let’s help you find relief—and hope.
